Conveyancing:

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Strong background within Conveyancing/ Property Law
  • Use of a Property Case Management System such as Osprey
  • Independently manage own large case load with the support of a legal team
  • Mentor a team of legal practitioners to develop, enrich and grow a team with a strong skillset
  • Advance transactions in the best interest of the client, communicating where necessary, following up on information and action accordingly to update the team
  • Confident, motivated and a hunger to go above and beyond

The business has recently been converted into an alternative business structure (ABS) and launched its national consumer brand My Law Matters, specialising in multi-disciplinary legal services, with a personal touch.

With offices in Solihull, Wolverhampton, Manchester and Waltham Cross, our continuously growing business has dedicated employees delivering the optimum service to our clients.

Your role will cover the end-to-end process of property acquisition and disposal and implementation of property law. You will work closely with our Legal Management team focusing on the legal matters, financial aspects and queries involved in the transactions of buying and selling residential properties.

Customer Engagement Officer:

Customer Engagement Officer Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience on completing incoming and outgoing calls is essential.
  • Be able to set up and review files that are associated to the business by having a strong attention to detail important
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Some experience in using systems such as Cash room and the ability to claim money through this
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing post
  • Use the system to speak to customer and provide quotes
  • Previous conveyancing experience preferred but not essential
  • Should have worked in office environment – general day to day busy office jobs

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, non-verbal and written
  • Proven ability to deal calmly and professionally with challenging situations
  • Ability to be flexible in approach and appreciate the requirements of the client
  • Must be able to act with credibility and integrity
  • Proven to work under pressure and deliver targets
  • Track record in sales and lead conversion
